1) Use your favorite computer program to lay out your printed content on the 8 ½ x 11" pages, according to the following sizes:
- Progam layout: 8 (height) x 5 (width) inches, leaving a 1 ½ inch space near the top to glue the ribbon design.
(Refer to the sample print template provided in your package for an example.) Remember that sample layouts, wording, and monogram designs are available in the Bride's Guides section of our site.
2) Print and cut the printed parts of your programs on the 8 ½ x 11 "Printable Paper" sheets provided in the kit.
3) Cut lengths of ribbon from the 5/8 inch roll of ribbon about 6 inches in length. Note that the ribbon has a shiny side and a dull side -- the shiny side should face outward!
4) Take the ribbon and place it in the space you have left for the ribbon design about ¼ inch above the printed area. Glue the two ends to the back side of the printed program layout.
5) Take another piece of the same 5/8 ribbon and place it above the first ribbon slightly overlapping it. Glue the ribbon ends to the back side of the program layout.
6) Cut lengths of ribbon from the 3/8 inch roll of ribbon about 6 inches in length. Place this piece on top in the middle of the second 5/8 ribbon glued so it is centered vertically on top of this ribbon.
7) Take the printed program layout and glue it to the backing provided in the kit, so it is centered vertically and horizontally on the backing.
