For this reason, we have partnered with Paypal, the industry leading payment processing company, to process all of our financial transactions. Your credit card information is never sent to or seen by Inspired Brides; it is processed directly by Paypal via their secure server. In fact, using your credit card in our web store can be safer than using it in a restaurant or a gas station.
We also make protecting your privacy a top priority. As such, we have a strict policy against selling, lending or renting any personal information you provide us during your visit to our online store. Any personal information we collect during your visit, we use with your prior knowledge and consent, and we use only to properly process and fulfill your order and to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. Your name and address will not show up on any mailing lists, other than our own - and that's only if you request it. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, just let us know and we will delete your information from our lists.

Although we do our best to portray colors accurately, many colors and subtle textures cannot always be appreciated on computer monitors, which vary from one to another.
If an exact color match is required, then we strongly encourage to you to make use of our free sample offer before placing your order. You can do so by adding your items of interest to your shopping cart and setting the order quantity of each item to zero (0). Remember also that dye lots may vary very slightly between the sample and the final product you receive.
Samples are shipped free of charge via regular post mail, and should arrive within 7-9 business days.
Providing free samples is an expensive program both in the cost of labor (assembling and mailing) and in the cost of materials. Rather than pass this expense on to our customers and to keep our prices low, we reserve the right to limit the number of free samples at any time.

Taxes

Residents of Ontario, Canada will be charged PST and GST on your total purchase. Buyers in Canada outside of Ontario will only be charged GST. If you reside outside of Canada, you will not be charged any taxes at the time of purchase.
Customs and duties

For buyers outside of Canada, please note that you are responsible for all potential duties and carrier brokerage fees that may apply in meeting your country's customs and importation laws. If an item is undeliverable and/or returned to our location, the buyer is responsible for all associated charges incurred, including but not limited to shipping, duty, customs clearance fees and a restocking fee.

Shipping cost estimates

Inspired Brides now offers standard ground flat-rate shipping at a cost of $39 to all destinations within Canada and the Continental U.S. regardless of order size.
For all other destinations, please use the Shipping Options tool during the checkout process to calculate the costs and delivery times for each shipping option. The finalized charges will appear in the confirmation stage of your checkout. These costs are calculated based on the product selection and your shipping address. If the shipping calculator is unable to find your address (and provides a $0 shipping amount) or if you require a Special Rush Order, we will contact you via email or phone to arrange terms and costs.
Delivery details

Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory and the shipping method you select. Once your order has been packed in our warehouse, it typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive at your address by our standard ground shipping. Please note that our shipments DO NOT require a signature at point of delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot split orders into more than one shipment. If you need to receive one or more of your products sooner, we recommend that you place it in a separate order to avoid any possible delays.
Carriers usually deliver between 8 am and 5 pm local time. If you are not home to accept delivery, the carrier will leave you a delivery notification card with further details and a pick up location. For your own security, please bring proper photo identification when you pick up your order.
Delivery areas

For your convenience, we deliver anywhere in the world. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or an emergency number with your order. We reserve the right to request additional verification of postal addresses prior to shipping.
Methods of delivery

To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers depending on which best suits your needs: UPS, Purolator, DHL, or TNT. The courier company handling your delivery will be specified when we send you your shipping confirmation email. Please note that when the delivery team brings a package to your home, they need a signature to finalize the delivery. The package must be accepted and signed for by someone at your delivery address.
Tracking your order

When your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number which will allow you to trace the shipping progress of your package online.

Returns and Exchanges |

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to unpacking and separating each of the individual items. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product up to 14 days after you receive your order. The order must be returned in it's original packaging with all items intact and undamaged. All returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Unfortunately, shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your return-shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part.
For your convenience, we accept returns by postal mail or courier. Please contact us at returns@inspiredbrides.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on returning your package. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you.
IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused.
All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, plus any other item or accessory provided.
IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.
On purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 10 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.
